Customer Service Representative Description:

Purpose of the Customer Service Representative: To serve the customer and represent the company by processing orders, resolving issues, providing product and shipping information, and following up as needed.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

Customer Calls and Emails

· Answer phone calls or email and respond appropriately to customer product, order and delivery questions.

· Resolve issues by clarifying the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting the correction and following up to ensure resolution.

· Use available resources to complete tasks.

· Goes the extra mile to engage customers.

Order Management

· Process electronic orders received from customers.

· Enter and process orders that are received via email or fax.

· Utilize existing reports, systems and procedures to manage customer orders.

Team Responsibilities

· Contribute to team success by accomplishing results while continuing to learn and grow in product and company knowledge.

· Complete assignments accurately and on time.

· Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic, positive outlook, and high standards.

· Assist in projects/tasks as required.

The ideal candidate for Woodmont Cabinetry Customer Service will possess the following characteristics:

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE A PLUS

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
