Now Recruiting for New Account Representative for a busy bank.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with questions.
- Interact with Customers in-person, by phone, and by mail.
- Review and check the prior day's new account work.
- Handles opening & updating new/existing accounts.
- Oversees ongoing CD, IRA, and SDB accounts.
- Printing of reporting, scanning of document and filing.
- Produce New Debit Cards, ordering checks or printing temp checks.
- Promote, setup and close Gift Cards.
- Handles/sorts Mail-in Deposits.
- Handles Past Dues for SDB.
- Verify and handle Rate Changes.
- Reviews and Balances Customer's Tax Withholdings setup on account.
- Backup to Debit Card Vault, opening/closing SDB Vault, switchboard & Reno Branch.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have clerical experience.
- Must meet all prescreening criteria.
