Customer Service Representative/Receptionist
Job description
Augusta Fuel Company has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist for our Winslow location.
Responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing visitors and callers to the appropriate department or individual - this is a key customer service position as it is the first point of contact for our customers and potential customers; also performs a variety of general office duties.
Interested applicants should have the following qualifications:
- Excellent human relations skills, as well as good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given while following office practices and procedures
- Ability to work with MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- High school diploma or GED required
