Leading provider of plumbing fixtures, sinks, lighting & related accessories currently needs a Customer Service - Showroom Sales Consultant for their Needham, Massachusetts location. To be successful in this role, you will create a positive experience during every customer interaction and assist them with product selections. This is a direct hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain wholesale and retail customer orders
- Work closely with inside and outside sales staff to meet customers’ needs
- Produce bids for customer approval
- Schedule and manage customer deliveries
- Handle and resolve customer service issues, in a professional manner
- Effectively multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Facilitate transfers between other nearby locations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Previous sales experience preferred. Strong sales aptitude required.
- Effective verbal, written, and computer skills required.
- Must be customer service focused and quality oriented.
- This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity.
