Customer Service Advisor, Everyday Banking, BOI Contact Centre

Everyday Spending

Contract – 6 months

Must be APA Or QFA qualified

Purpose of the Role

The key focus of the role is to provide a highly professional, friendly and best in class customer care and clear solutions to inbound customer queries.

Working hours – candidates will need to be flexible for shifts between 8am – 8pm until end of February when this project scope will be reviewed

Call volume – candidates will be in a typical call centre role (approx. 50 calls per day) until the end of February, as above

Essential Qualifications:

QFA is the preferred qualification however applications from individuals who hold APA Loans, Regulations and Savings & Investments will be accepted.

Essential Skills and Experience

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work optimally as part of a hard-working team.

· Experience in Customer Service.

· The ability to Problem Solve.

· IT proficient in a previous role.

· Demonstrated capability to put the customer first in every interaction.

· You will have to demonstrate curiosity about technology, and be an early adaptor of new technologies, on desktop, mobile and tablet platforms.

Job Types: Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: €28,500.00-€31,550.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Leaving Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)
