Musgrave MarketPlace are recruiting a Customer Service / Telesales Representative to join their team at their Head Office in North Dublin. Musgrave Marketplace operates seven Marketplace sites across the Republic of Ireland and a Central Distribution Centre delivering to thousands of our Food Service & Retail customers across the country.

The purpose of this role is to build and maintain fantastic relationships with our customers across the Food Service and Retail sectors through the provision of excellent support with all their sales and service needs.

This is a fast-paced role in a busy and dynamic contact-centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Work closely with the Sales team to increase product range and meet sales targets for a designated customer base.

§ Working from a call list, make regular outbound calls to our existing customers to secure their chill, frozen and ambient orders.

§ Upsell and cross-sell products from the extensive Musgrave range.

§ Manage inbound calls in line with agreed service levels and liaise with other internal departments to resolve any customer issues promptly.

§ Manage delivery size and frequency to ensure efficient use of Supply Chain and Transport resource.

§ Build relationships with customers including managing queries

§ Manage Sales administration in compliance with GDPR and regulatory processes.

§ Maintain, through the effective use of a follow up process, regular contact with new and existing customers to ensure relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.

Experience:

· A minimum of 1 years inbound and outbound sales experience with a track record of delivery targets and KPIs

· Competency in PC packages including the MS office suite and Office 365.

· A strong commitment to providing the best customer experience coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· The ability to work using initiative and to complete tasks to a high degree of accuracy and quality while contributing to the overall team goals.

· A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a varied and challenging workload.

· Be able to work Flexible hours.

Education:

Leaving certificate (Essential), 3rd Level Qualification (Desirable)
