SiteCapture is a profitable, fast growing SaaS company that has developed an industry leading, award winning field operations management platform used in the construction, property management and solar industries.

We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Coordinator to join our team for 20-24 hours / week. You will work closely with our small but effective sales and customer success teams in helping drive customer adoption of our product.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner, meticulously organized, an effective communicator and team oriented. Experience at a SaaS software company and experience in sales, customer support and/or customer service are key requirements. While specific experience with tools like Hubspot and ZenDesk is preferred, more than anything we look for fast learners who can adopt new systems and processes quickly.

This is a part-time contract role with room to grow into a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Work under the direction of VP of Solutions and Customer Success to coordinate, manage and deliver on a variety of tasks to support SiteCapture customers
  • Perform research on customers and prospects, coordinate meetings and help manage follow up tasks and communication
  • Assist in communicating with customers and coordinating various steps of the sales and onboarding process
  • Help with the creation and delivery of customized training materials including documents and videos
  • Work with customers and internal team members on solution/professional services projects (includes hands on use of our Mobile and Web Based applications)
  • Assist with customer support and customer requests
  • Support Sales Team with creation of customer accounts, quote configuration, CRM data management and other activities

Job requirements:

  • 2+ Years customer facing support, sales assistant, customer management type of experience
  • 2+ years CRM use (HubSpot and ZenDesk are a plus)
  • 2+ years experience in a SaaS software company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Documents/Sheets Products
  • Familiarity with project management software, task management or ticketing systems is a plus (Monday.com, Jira, ZenDesk or similar)
  • Ability to use Zoom/Web Conferencing

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
