We are seeking a qualified Customer Success Support Specialist to join our team. You will support sales representatives and be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.
Objective and scope of the job
- The Customer Success Support Specialist is responsible for processing quotation and sale orders in SAP.
- To act as Customer Service Representative, for internal and customer/oriented processes concerning orders and sales of a defined customer groups. They would ensure effective and efficient handling of all involved operative tasks based on R&M USA, Inc. policies and procedures.
Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Creating quotation in SAP
- Processing Sale Order, Order Confirmation, Issue Delivery Note (releasing shipment), Invoicing and Issue RMA / Credit Memo in SAP.
- Handles customer inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshoots and resolves product issues and concerns
- Assist with “Walk-in clients as well as any client that an Outside Salesperson cannot attend to in a timely manner.
- Documents and updates customer records based on interactions
- Technical quality and availability of customer support (mail, tel, MS Teams)
- Have a good understanding of R&M productions and solutions to be able to provide the best support to customers/partners and sales
- Collaboration with sales management, sales representatives, production planner, procurement, and logistics to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Five years as an Inside Sales Representative
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with SAP and SalesForce is a must.
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Confident and comfortable over the phone
- College-educated or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Optical Fiber Systems and Solutions, and Copper and Fiber Connectivity is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
