The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) requires outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and being detail-oriented and proactive. Responsibilities:

• Process incoming calls and emails, create detailed tickets, and assist customers until the resolution
• Develop and maintain The Knowledge Base of Jivetels evolving products and services
• Adding and removing services from customer accounts
• Provide pricing information for our products and services
• Process feature request
• On-board and maintain features for Customer’s phone systems
