The Opportunity: Our Cyber Security Program 2.0 continues our journey to achieve a 3.25 NIST CSF maturity rating by 2025. The program has transitioned from a domestic to a global three-year program with the acquisition of Chubb Fire and Safety.
High-level attributes of the program for 2023 are:
Assess Chubb’s cyber maturity and construct a new company Group Global Maturity Rating.
Leverage regional cybersecurity capabilities to strengthen our overall Cyber Security strength and effectiveness.
Prioritize the highest global cyber risks first and remediate them in 2023.
Strengthen network access controls.
Develop global cloud security framework and tools.
Mature GRC Controls
Conduct annual Pen tests and remediate critical findings
Begin implementation of Sailpoint for Identify Access Management
Develop Global Cybersecurity architecture while leveraging regional cybersecurity capabilities to strengthen our overall Cyber Security strength and effectiveness
Position Summary: This Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project manager and designated program teams. This role supports the Program/Project Manager, Program Leaders, and Program workstream leads. They will support team members and managers on their respective workstreams' financial, planning, and reporting activities. They are responsible for developing a solid knowledge of company delivery processes and tools. The project coordinator provides the program/project management support and assistance in scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and communication. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Facilitates collaborative documents and manages the overall project team site. Helps prepare status reports and presentations.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator’s responsibilities include supporting the program manager, project manager, program leaders, and program workstream leads, creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentation materials with minimal guidance or supervision, research and analysis/ aggregation of data via MS Excel & PowerPoint, Project Team Site, and performing project administration activities for multiple projects such as scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, documenting artifacts, and assisting with project documentation.
Skill Set Requirements:
Minimum five years of Project Coordinator experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
Financial/budgeting- need to maintain project forecasts and update/assist project manager. Must be proficient with data and financials.
Ability to balance multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
Strong collaboration within a team setting.
Able to meet strict deadlines and KPIs. Day-to-day responsibilities:
Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and communication.
Updates the project plan and project presentation artifacts.
Assists in information collection and validations and facilitates collaborative documents.
Helps prepare status reports and presentations.
Budget Controls - Assists with management of portfolio financials, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance tracking, and calculating earned value metrics. Establish and conduct operational reporting for management.

5+ Years of experience working in an IT environment independently and in teams (including remote and global delivery models).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $92,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
