We are looking for part-time indoor cycling instructors!

Spin Therapy is an indoor cycling studio that offers an inclusive and inspiring low-impact/high-intensity cycling experience for all shades, body types, and fitness levels.

What our cycling instructors are all about:

Our cycling instructors are passionate fitness enthusiasts that teach rhythm-based cycling classes that significantly contribute to each rider's health and fitness goals.

Thus, we are hiring cycling instructors who are energetic, passionate, positive, determined and committed individuals. We expect you to take our riders on a 45 to 60-minute upbeat, muscle-strengthening, heart-pumping, empowering ride. You will create playlists, bring energy, and help create results with our riders. We are opening on May 8, 2023, with massive goals to empower the community! It is an exciting possibility to build a community together, conquer your goals, and support our clients to feel their best physically and mentally. General Responsibilities:

• Serve as an indoor cycling instructor and provide members with a fantastic cycling experience.
• Engage in marketing and social media outreach and participate in events to gain a loyal following for Spin Therapy.
• Provide excellent customer service, externally and internally.
• Maintain operations protocols in classes.
• Complete all administrative requirements associated with class preparation.

Qualifications:

• Teaching group fitness experience is preferred but not required.
• High-energy, personable, and passionate about fitness with a team-first mentality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable!

License/Certification:

• Spin Instructor Certification (Preferred)
• AED Certification (Preferred)

Work Schedule

Must be able to instruct on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00p-7:00p.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
