Process, evaluate and prepare patient specimens for cytopathological examination according to department procedures using a wide range and depth of technical and specialized knowledge. Perform routine cytological techniques. Support continuous improvement of the anatomical pathology laboratory services of the organization to ensure high quality and timely pathology preparations for a quality diagnosis.

- Progressive, successful experience in cytology laboratory required.
- Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory sciences or related field OR Bachelor's degree and completion of a certified one year program in cytotechnology required.
- Certified cytotechnologist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (CT(ASCP)) required.
