Objective:

We are looking to fulfill our need for a Data Entry/Excel Expert - Production Dept. at our Teterboro facility who will be responsible for the following:

• General office duties to include: filing (both electronic and hard copy), copying, scanning and label making.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the engineering department and additional personnel as required.
• Maintain shipping and receiving logs, production report, production meeting notes and assist with inventory adjustments.
• Responsible for data entry into Excel templates along with various other systems.
• Learn to print labels for the daily batches.
• Able to send UPS and FedEx packages.
• Additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant (non-medical/dental office) is required
• Must have strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, link spreadsheets, etc.)
• Prior data entry experience is a must
• Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Office
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus
