The Data Entry Specialist is an integral part of our business to help ensure our customer's ordering experience is smooth and is always meeting or exceeding their expectations. This position is responsible for handling all provisioning for open and closed sales orders, monitoring reports & internal customer issue resolution. The role requires collaboration with several teams across the company, including Direct and Wholesale Departments, Shipping Line, I.T. and Revenue Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Managing the order fulfillment process, which includes maintaining orders within our order systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Magento/Sage), checking for accuracy, and monitoring all steps of the ordering lifecycle to ensure customer orders process through our systems and shipping/delivery deadlines are met
• Dispute and refund submissions/reconciliation, including chargeback file building to challenge/reverse the dispute.
• Providing support for report requests, addressing and helping to resolve any order-related issues
• Compiling daily/weekly contact trends for the Phone Center to assist with staffing efficiency.
• Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Performing general clerical duties to support operations manager and other office personnel
• Working with all departments to maximize customer flow and efficiency
• Supporting increased workload and additional hours, if/when required

Requirements

• Data entry: 1-2 years required
• Accounting: 1 year, preferred
• Proficient computer skills
• Understands Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, InContact, Magento Software, and Sage a plus
• Former order processing experience is preferred
• Some college experience preferred
