Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Des Plaines, IL, is hiring for a full-time, permanent Data Entry Specialist.

Data Entry Specialist – Des Plaines, IL

$19-$23/Hour

Our fortune 500 company is immediately seeking a Data Entry Specialist to add to our all-star roster. The main responsibility of the position is to assist our brokerage department by processing and collecting invoices, records, data, and any additional files. The Data Entry Specialist will also be responsible for some administrative duties, such as completing necessary paperwork that will be required to adhere to the policies of our business.

Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:

• Entering account and invoice data from source documents within time limits
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Scanning and uploading documents into database
• Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry
• Checking documents for accuracy
• Communicating with various departments to obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Checking and distributing documents

Data Entry Specialist Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• 6 months+ general office experience
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong mathematical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
