POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual with a positive attitude to post and enrich product data on e-commerce platforms, prior experience in data entry, image editing tools, and Product listing on Amazon eBay, or other online platforms.

Functions & Responsibilities

  • Organize data, prepare, and edit product listings using both spreadsheets and listing computer applications, perform product research, analyze product data, and assist with listing and data improvements.
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities.
  • Process account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verifies entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Tests changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains department confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Organized and capable of finding details for products on their own.
  • A multi-tasker able to prioritize and handle multiple projects while ensuring accuracy.
  • Savvy with technology and willing to learn new applications and tools.
  • Positive, upbeat, can-do, professional, and responsible attitude, independent and team oriented.

Computer Skills

  • Experience using internet/e-commerce data entry systems preferred.

Other Requirements

  • Typing speed minimum of 55 wpm.
  • Prior data entry experience.
  • Excellent communication, able to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical approach to work and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of web-scrapping tools.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English).
