JOB OVERVIEW

• HR Reporting Analyst with experience with SAP and EXPERT EXCEL SKILLS.
• Success Factors Employee Central to build various data extracts, reports and dashboards to support HR operations for new migration to SAP SF Employee Central.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues globally to define reporting requirements by country to build a set of reports and tools that will be rolled out as a global standard for the organization.
• Set up recurring structure for ease in ongoing operations and train team members as needed for handover.
• Modify existing templates built in Canvas and create dashboards in Success Factors as well as Power BI based on KPIs.
• Support HR team in ad hoc reporting and analytics and data clean up opportunities during this migration. HR experience with knowledge of SAP ideal and Success Factors Employee Central is reporting is instrumental.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
