What you need to have:

• Team player & growth-mindset in learning business knowledge & technology
• ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level.
• 2 years+ experience in IT testing (preferably in Financial Services focusing on data)
• Reviewing Business Requirements stored on Confluence to determine testing objectives
• Work with the Dev team to communicate risk and ensure user story delivery
• Creation of testing data set along with identifying, designing and prioritizing test cases.
• Comfortable estimating and planning QA tasks, following up to remove obstacles and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Tracking multiple work streams on Jira e.g. raising risks, issues as appropriate
• Values data quality and data governance
• Experience in any of the following BI tools: QlikSense, Tableau or Power BI
• Contributes to impact analysis e.g. functional / technical changes to support regression testing

What makes you stand out:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Testing experience with attention to detail (manual & automated)
• Familiar & comfortable with Agile Development, experience in Jira/Confluence etc.
• Experience in QlikSense, Tableau or Power BI
• Self-starter / ability to work independently on projects
