Key Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain reporting and dashboarding for developers, business operations, and executive-level consumption using tools such as Zeppelin, Imply Pivot, and Superset
• Gather reporting and dashboard requirements from business stakeholders
• Respond to requests for ad-hoc day-of queries
• Conduct analysis stemming from business operations and system operation-related questions
• Identify, analyze, interpret, and notify trends or patterns in Dashboards, reports, and complex data sets
• Conduct General data management tasks of investigating data anomalies, ensuring reporting accuracies in addition to filtering and cleaning data, and maintaining reporting libraries

Additional Growth Opportunities

• Consult with business teams to help them identify their needs
• Present an analytical narrative to management and business leaders from the perspective of business impact
• Learn operations and systems to understand how to make insights actionable and determine which insights are actionable
• Conduct business intelligence analysis to discovery business opportunities and inefficiencies
• Assist In defining, standardizing and documenting KPIs, metrics, and measures with engineering, management, and business leaders

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-4 years of data reporting and querying analyst experience
• Querying log data to construct aggregated data sets
• Presenting analysis conclusions in verbal and written form
• Data visualization platforms
• Working with multiple cross system multi-dimensional data structures
• Strong math and statistical skills
• Strong interest in impactful analysis
• Strong Cohort analysis skills
• Moderate business and operations acumen
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and initiative
• Data Visualization
• Utilize Business Intelligence and analytics tools, such as Scripting Language (ie. Python, SQL), Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Imply Pivot and Google Analytics
• Strong Analysis Presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Preferable experience:

• Working in fast-paced environments
• Working in the digital advertising industry or broadly in the digital online industry Creating reports, dashboards and other visualizations of data for stakeholder and non-power user consumption and ease of use
• Defining success metrics and KPIs
• Creating analytical narratives
