SHIFTS: **WEEKENDS REQUIRED**

• 9am-5pm

PURPOSE:

To serve the customer by creating encore experiences to ensure complete satisfaction through quick, friendly, and superior service.

COOK:

• Cook and package food which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold.
• Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
• Maintain clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils following all personal hygiene policies and procedures.
• Clean, stock and restock workstations.
