Who we are looking for
We are looking for motivated candidates who want to develop their career. This role executive sponsored initiative, to simplify State Streets accounting platforms. Candidates are expected to own their tasks and be catalysts to ensure those tasks are delivered on time. Experience with derivatives products would be beneficial but not essential for the right candidate. The candidate will have exposure to model planning and end to end testing across platforms.

The reduction of our accounting platforms from 3 to 2 effectively simplifies our offering and allows us to invest more effectively in developing the remaining platforms. This in turn realizes benefits of cost saving, streamlining and better client experience.

What you will be responsible for
As SIMCORP Simplification officer you will
  • Analyse and document existing and future state models end to end
  • Gather detailed client product service scope across the client base
  • Gather and analyse current and future state functional capabilities across platforms
  • Coordinate and document data across client operational teams
  • Design and agree test case scenarios across product and function
  • Own your own workstreams ensuring regular reporting and escalation to management team
  • Deliver tasks on time

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years in financial service industry or experience in a similar role
  • Strong excel, word and PowerPoint skills – Visio additional benefit
  • Knowledge of derivatives custody or project work as advantage
