Barton Ford in Suffolk, Virginia has an IMMEDIATE Full Time opening for an energetic and outgoing individual to answer the phones, assist customers scheduling ride pick up or ride deliveries for service customers . Greet service customers as the come in the service lanes, tag the vehicles help them get with correct advisor. Assist Service Advisors with customer service tickets closing them, giving customers updates on vehicle what ever maybe needed. Customer service skills are a must along with a smile. Experience handling high volume customer calls and walk in's and ability to multitask is required, assisting the Service advisors when ever you are available is required. Greeting all customers with a smile and a friendly attitude is required,
Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing to include drug testing and criminal background check.
