- At Imperfect, we deliver Groceries on a Mission. As a delivery driver, you will deliver Imperfect Foods boxes directly to our customers' homes in the Oxnard, California area. Our drivers typically deliver up to 150 boxes in a shift, while ensuring that deliveries arrive in pristine shape, according to customer instructions, during the scheduled time window. You will be the face of our company, and the main liaison between Imperfect Foods and our customers.
- Competitive pay: $18 per hour, plus occasional overtime.
- A quarterly bonus of up to $500.
- Open Availability from Tuesday to Friday, start time 7am (4/10).

Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a delivery role.
- Have had a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
- Mastery of Google Maps to ensure an on-time delivery experience for each customer.
- Smartphone for pictures (cell phone allowance available).
- Ability to read and understand delivery instructions.

- You excel at independent, unsupervised work.
- Highly communicative - no question is too small to ask!

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent driving.
- Exposure to all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to walk, bend, squat, climb, reach, and kneel.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 60+ pounds (you will be required to complete a Fit for Duty exam at your nearest Concentra location).
