Goods inwards

Responsibilities

• To check incoming goods and consign to their stock locations
• Input stock movements
• Record and report any supplier discrepancy
• Keep our internal Sales people updated on stock arrivals
• Doors and some Flooring are heavy. We require someone who is physically fit.

Order Picking

• Pick and pack sales orders for despatch, Prepare suitable documentation.We require a person with high attention to detail. It is imperative that after training , all items are picked correctly and our customers requirements are met to the full.
• Preparation of Customer Paperwork

Other Duties

• Maintain the stores area to a high standard
• Daily , Weekly and monthly planning of activities in the stores
• Assist at the trade counter.
• Maintain stock levels in our showroom.
• Interact with customers / suppliers -Face to Face, by phone and by e- mail.
• Assist the internal sales team as required
• Maintain work place safety.

Full fluency In English , Written and Verbal is essential. Competency in data entry and basic computer skills is required.

We are looking for a candidate who is bright, hardworking , honest and reliable

Salary will be competitive and based on experience .
