Wesco Electrical Ltd have a great opportunity for an individual with the ability to deliver excellent customer service to join our Navan branch in the role of Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative. The successful candidate will be required to deliver product to customers and effectively maintain the warehouse as required.

Main role responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
• Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
• Pack and load products onto trucks according to company’s specifications
• Ensuring customers receive excellent customer service
• Ensure the company’s standards are delivered
• Contribute to the effective operation of the branch by supporting other staff in meeting Customer Service levels.
• Facilitate all inward and outbound stock movements for the branch efficiently, following company procedures, and using IT systems where appropriate.
• Pick and pack goods in an efficient, timely and safe manner.
• Actively maintain and improve housekeeping throughout working hours ensuring that stored goods are kept tidily and in the correct place, using mechanical handling equipment where appropriate in accordance with company procedures.

Candidate profile:

• Full clean B class driving license for two years minimum is essential.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Team Player
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to prioritise work
• Customer focused
• A proven track record in delivering excellent service
• Flexible to work Monday to Saturday lunchtime and overtime as required
