Have you ever wanted to be an Employee Owner? We are looking for a Delivery and Installation Specialist to join our team!
This individual will be part of an implementation team that will transport and configure equipment at our clients locations. This position will also be responsible for basic connectivity and application set up during the implementation process. As workload dictates, this position will also assist in other areas of our business to include; warehouse tasks and remote connectivity support.
- Communicate with internal team regarding schedule and arrival
- Transport and configure equipment at clients location
- Interact with customers upon arrival at customer site
- Complete basic connectivity set up such as printing, scanning and faxing
- Assist Analyst on larger and or more complex implementations
- Properly decommission replaced equipment and return for processing
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles being used for deliveries
- Ensure client satisfaction and practice effective relations skills
- Recognize and escalate issues when additional assistance is required
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
- Experience troubleshooting equipment a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Pass IDOT/ODOT Physical
- Clean driving record
- Excellent time management abilitie
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to handle detailed and structured tasks while remaining organized
- Motivated for career succession
- Ability to adapt to unexpected changes
