Demand Generation Marketing Manager: What You’ll Do

Working as part of the Marketing Department, this role will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for programs to generate and nurture leads via events, SEO, SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and content marketing. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of integrated campaigns, uncover new opportunities, move quickly, and has a strong appetite for growth. Here’s a snapshot of what your role would look like:

  • Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing creative integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to: impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue
  • Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Identifying topics and assisting in content development to target new business growth and velocity, and throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Identifying channels and tactics that provide buyers with the right information at the right time
  • Developing a deep understanding of where and how our target audience gains information about products and services
  • Using social media to build brand-awareness, thought leadership, and community

Demand Generation Marketing Manager: What We’re Looking For

When reviewing resumes we’ll be looking to see that you have:

  • At least 5 years of B2B demand generation or content marketing experience in technology, mining, or a related industry
  • Experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details
  • A digital portfolio of produced marketing work
  • Experience working with a variety of industry-standard tools like HubSpot, CRM platforms, and other common digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics

Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time position. As a level 5, individual contributor, the salary for this role is $100,000 and is based on market data aligned with our strategic approach to compensation. In addition to cash, you’ll receive equity and be eligible to enroll in our benefits package which includes health/vision/dental insurance (available from day one!), 401(k), vacation time, family leave, and more!
