Requirements:

• Dental Certification and proof required
• CPR Certification
• Experience preferred

Monday - Friday 7:50 am - 5 pm and rotating Saturdays from 7:50 am - 2:00 pm
Monday - Friday 9:50 am - 7:00 pm and rotating Saturdays from 7:50 am - 2:00 pm
