· Monday 6:30-3:30

· Tuesday 6:30-3:30

· Wednesday 8:00-12:00

· Thursday 6:30-3:30

· Friday 6:30-2:30

Primary duties include (but are not limited to):

· Verifying the patient’s dental insurance benefits.

· Explaining insurance benefits to patients.

· Entering data using dental practice software.

· Submitting claims to insurance

· Sending pre-determination claims

· Generating reports for all activities.

· Posting payments made by patients and insurance companies.

· Following up on non-paid insurance claims.

· Uploading completed insurance verification forms.

· Monitoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to confirm payment from clients and insurance companies.

· Answering incoming calls and scheduling patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
