Condie and Tuft Family Dentistry is hiring for this position in Springville.

Receptionist/Scheduler- Monday through Thursday 7:45 am to 5:30 pm. Opening for full time front desk person. Experience is a plus.

Knowledge of Dentrix software will be helpful. Dental assistants are welcome to apply. We have a great team and are seeking to welcome the right person to fill the position. We are looking for a person who will commit to long term employment with our team.

We want a hard-working, self-starter who has a can do attitude. Always wanting to learn and improve their skills and strives to maintain an organized, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Hourly pay based on experience.

Responsibilities
Team oriented, outgoing personality, friendly, energetic self-starter. Handle incoming calls, redirecting calls to correct department. Keep eye on schedule, making sure patients arrive on time, complete necessary forms and inform dental assistant or provider that patient is ready. Back up to scheduler as needed. Willing to make outgoing calls to reactivate and schedule patients. Ordering front office supplies. Assist with social media posts and reviews. Complete monthly reports and handle misc. tasks as requested.
