Down to Earth Dental is a privately-owned dental office with two locations in Tacoma. We’re looking for a highly-motivated service-oriented professional to join our South Tacoma team as a Patient Advocate. This is an entry level position with a clear path for advancement. If you're interested in starting a career in dentistry, this is a great position from which you can learn and grow.

This job is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, handling payments and providing administrative support. This is a full time position.

Your schedule would be Wednesday, Thursday 10:30am-8:30pm and Friday, Saturday 7:30am-5:00pm

Base pay is $18-25 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include monthly bonus, up to 19 paid days off per year, health insurance, free dental and a 401(k) retirement plan with 100% employer match.

Our ideal candidate must be professional, dependable and detail-oriented. You should have superior communication, customer service and organization skills. Prior experience in the dental or medial fields is not required.
