We are a modern and creative dental practice seeking a friendly and reliable dental receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and checking them in for their appointments
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with dental hygienists and dentists
• Managing patient files and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Processing payments and coordinating with insurance providers
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Dentrix
• Previous experience in a dental office or medical setting preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
