Cork Dental Care was established in 2009 with the aim of helping the people of Cork smile! Our state-of-the-art dental practice in the heart of Cork city is a full-service practice and as well as general dentistry, we offer the best in cosmetic dentistry from dental hygiene services to full smile makeovers.

As a Dental Receptionist you will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer care for all patients who attend the practice or make contact by telephone or electronically. To complete administration tasks as required and work collaboratively with all of our friendly colleagues.

As a Dental Receptionist:

• You will have proven front of house reception experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting although this is not essential
• You will have good computer skills and knowledge of internal software packages
• You will be motivated, organised and a good communicator who thrives upon maintaining good standards
• You will offer a warm and welcoming environment to patients and visitors
• You will drive to constantly deliver and improve the patient journey in line with our Visions and Values
