Lawler Family Dentistry is searching for an outgoing and compassionate associate dentist to join our team who has aspirations of becoming an owner/partner. Our main office is located in Lake Nebagamon, Wisconsin. There is an increasingly high demand for quality dental care in these rural communities and surrounding cities. This demand gives our practice an extraordinary opportunity for growth. Our practice is unique since our patients are our neighbors, friends, and family. At Lawler Family Dentistry our main goal is to provide high-quality dental care in a comfortable and accepting environment. We strive to be an integral part of our community and are focused on providing the best care for our patients. We are currently in the process of adding an addition to our office building in Lake Nebagamon. We will soon have 7 patient treatment rooms, and a large in-house laboratory. We are also adding a practice in Hayward, WI which will be opening this summer!

Doctor Ethan Lawler graduated from Marquette University in 2019 and purchased Lawler Family Dentistry in July 2019, becoming the sole owner. He performs procedures such as implant placements, endodontic procedures, extractions, and full mouth reconstruction cases. Our modern, up-to-date technologies allow us to mill same day crowns in house with the use of scanners, 3D print mouth guards and sports guards, and utilize a CBCT to design an in-house lab-made surgical guide for more precise implant placement. Doctor Ethan is eager to work side by side to expand, grow, and mentor an associate as they take on this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
• Diagnose and treat dental problems including root canals, extractions, and restoration
• Perform dental care treatments including x-rays, fillings, sealants, and cosmetic dental services
• Consult with other dental specialists when necessary
• Supervise staff
• Provide education to patients on oral hygiene and use of orthodontics and dental appliances
• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA accredited dental school is required
• Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
• Current state license
• Previous experience in clinical or private practice
• CPR certification
• Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends
• Excellent chair side manners
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
