At Michel Dental, we have been serving Silver Lake and Topeka area families for 42 years with the highest quality dental services. Our goal is to provide patients with the right dental solutions by inviting them to become active participants in their treatment planning. We focus on oral health education so patients always understand their treatment options and can make informed decisions. We offer a wide range of dental services including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry for patients of all ages. A Day in the Life of an Associate Dentist at Michel Dental

On any given day at Michel Dental you can expect to encounter the following:

• Arriving at 7:00 am to be ready to go at 7:15 am for an interactive morning huddle with your team to celebrate yesterday’s wins, address the opportunities, and prepare for today’s patients. You walked in prepared and ready.
• Working with a driven team of approximately 23 other dental and business professionals including fellow dentists, hygienists, front office and dental assistants.
• Caring for patients of all ages and all walks of life to help them have healthy smiles.
• Working in an office that is paperless, digital office utilizing Dentrix software and high-tech equipment.
• Treating every patient as a unique individual who is part of our dental family.
• Practice sees between 20-80 patients each day.
• Providing comprehensive dentistry including, endo, tooth replacement, and Invisalign.

How we will measure your performance:

· The production of dentistry [in dollars} really aligns with how well you are delivering care to the population. We will help you measure your performance daily, weekly, monthly, etc. and we expect you to be comfortable with this and have a continual desire to improve your outcomes.

· Patient satisfaction from reviews. Our success as an industry is directly tied to how well our patients feel that we’ve met their needs.
