Kuna Foodservice – Contracts Department

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to be a part of our Contracts Department.

This person will work to support both our sales and purchasing department in many capacities including:

· Becoming familiar with our ERP system, and reporting systems at Kuna.

· Managing a group of customers and their related vendor contacts and acquiring supplier deviations and performing the administrative tasks associated with this process, as required.

· Performing vendor audits related to customer contracts as needed.

· Create and maintain reports and analysis using in-house reporting tools for sales, purchasing and other departments.

This individual will also be a part of the vendor/distributor relationship. These responsibilities include:

· Scheduling vendor meetings twice a year.

· Attending vendor marketing meetings and providing vendor and customer reports when necessary.

· Providing our vendors and brokers with requested reports and analysis as needed.

This person will also support our program and street sales teams with

· Managing pricing and providing analysis on specific accounts.

· Becoming a backup to help adjust pricing.

· Troubleshooting and correcting system related errors

Review processes and make recommendations to improve and streamline functions related to the contracts department.

Become well versed with the sample and feedback process.

Become familiar with vendor websites associated with customer products.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
