We are currently seeking a Deposit Operations Analyst that will work closely with Old National Bank’s Deposit Operations Director to establish the direction and next steps in the oversight and execution of key projects related to Deposit Operation’s functional departments. This position works with key integration teams to ensure issues are identified, tasks are documented and completed, assumptions are identified, communication is occurring between teams, executive leadership and appropriate integration associates. Additionally, the Operations Analyst collects metrics on the workforce, analyzes this data to determine what trends exist, and then formulates plans to further the operational goals of the business unit. The Operations Analyst is responsible for documentation throughout these projects.

• Assist in the identification, planning, and project execution of continuous process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the operation
• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies
• Oversee and execute departmental specific projects such as M&A conversions, new system implementations, key system upgrades, and other non-routine projects
• Establishing deadlines to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
• Documenting and working with Key Business Partners to resolve issues by evaluating possible solutions, negotiating resolutions, and implementing solutions.
• Roll up project plans and create other documentation as needed.
• Preparation and organization for future events including presentations, meetings with executive leadership and other events as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in business discipline preferred
• 4 years project management experience preferred
• Experience working with Fiserv Signature Platform preferred
• Demonstrated Leadership skills
• 8-10 years Deposit Operations experience is preferred
• Ability to set and meet goals and deadlines
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint
• Ability to analyze complex documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
