Job Description

Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance executive to join the leadership team of a fast-growing technology business with a global client portfolio as it embarks on an aggressive international market expansion strategy. Role will involve:

• Playing an instrumental role in helping support strategic financial decision-making to accelerate expansion of business operations

• Acting as a key support to the CFO in preparation for an IPO listing

• Managing due diligence and IR presentations

• Adopting a hands-on approach, taking full ownership of the accounting and finance function

• Managing and further developing relationships with third parties, including banks, advisors, investors and local Big 4 auditors

• Ad-hoc project work will be broad, varied and ongoing as company expands

Requirements for this Role

Ideal candidate will have the following background:

• A first-rate, Big 4 trained Accountant with high-energy levels and the ability to thrive fast-growing tech business

• Excellent academic track record and a minimum of 5 years’ PQE

• SAAS experience strongly preferred

• Strong technical accounting skills (IFRS, consolidations), coupled with corporate finance experience (exposure to an IPO, and/or M&A)

• Comfortable being hands-on, yet able to contribute at a strategic level

• Commercial savvy with strong interpersonal and communication skills
