Carolina Shutter & Blinds is seeking a talented design professional to join our team and cover a territory in Greenville/Spartanburg SC and Asheville NC.

The responsibilities of the design consultant/installer include evaluating client needs, identifying solutions within our product categories, and using a client-centered approach to closing business. Our ideal candidate will also have experience and capabilities with installing window coverings.

Design Consultant/Installer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with pre-screened leads to review window covering projects in both residential and commercial environments
• Using software applications to accurately quote projects
• Consultative selling of product solutions - with a strong focus on first-call closes
• If capable, installing the products for the client

Design Consultant Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• A current and valid driver's license and a driving record that will allow you to be insured while using company vehicles
• Experience in in-home, commission-based, selling
• Experience with hands-on installation (e.g. trim carpentry, replacement window installation, remodeling, etc.)
• Excellent creative, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
