Design Coordinator:

You are a design coordinator that wants to work for a dynamic and ambitious Irish Main Contractor. You feel like you need a new challenge in your career and are seeking a new role with an exciting Irish company who offer long term work in the Cork area.

As Design Coordinator:

• Lead the design process to produce accurate information in line with the agreed specification and cost plan/estimate
• It is also equally important to manage the appointment of consultants and ensure that they perform in line with their deed and agreed scope of services
• Develop a design program with the consultants to meet the agreed whole life programme dates
• Produce designs that meet all necessary statutory and regulatory approvals and record on appropriate tracking logs

Design Coordinator Skills:

The design coordinator skills will include a background in either Architecture, design, or construction that may have worked for a main contractor or a consultancy in the past. This firm will be looking for someone that is technologically savvy.

What you’ll get in return:

An excellent salary of €60,000 – €70,000 (negotiable) with vehicle / allowance and pension will be put in place for the successful candidate, depending on experience, and the opportunity to progress your career with a leading Irish construction company.
