Search Talent are partnered with a Tier 1 Financial Services Firm to hire a Desktop Support Specialist in Dublin on permanent?basis. This role is a flexible Hybrid working model and offers continuous training to constantly upskill you, uncapped progression opportunities with internal mobility, flexible working with flexi-time back and a great working environment and company culture.
The successful candidate will be providing 1st / 2nd level Service Desk support both onsite / remotely and installation and configuration of PCs running Windows 10.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in desk side support in a corporate IT environment
- Degree / Technical certification in IT or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / MS Office / MS Teams
- Laptop hardware configuration and troubleshooting
- Mobile Devices / Mobile OS
- AD & TCP/IP Network knowledge
- The ability to work on your own initiative and be a self-starter
