Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as a Design and Development Coordinator at our Mitchell, Indiana location.
Foamcraft was founded in 1952. Now, 70 years later, Foamcraft has grown from one small foam shop in downtown Indianapolis to five facilities across Indiana. We are committed to positively contributing to the community and providing creative and meaningful work.

Employees are eligible for $0.50 increases three times in the first year based on performance – or up to $2 in the first year. We also pay a $60 weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Part set-up, bill of materials, and data entry responsibility related to product design and development.
- Maintains spec and pricing books in the office.
- Coordinates assembly information on the plant floor.
- Performs order entry in the computer
- Answers phone, providing exceptional customer service.
An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. Must be dependable and flexible. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations. AutoCAD experience preferred.
