Role

The role will lead and grow a team of 5+ developers across 3 teams. Coach and mentor the team members as well as execute hands on development work. As technical leader, you will be hands on developing leading edge solutions/products and have a strong analytical and technical ability with over 5 years’ experience as senior engineer and over 3 years as a technical lead.

Call Journey is a growing firm operating in both the Azure and AWS clouds. We have an event driven architecture, CI/CD with BitBucket and Azure pipelines. A high coverage of unit testing and adherence to the OWASP security standards. As a technology department we are focused on new technologies, speed to market and a redundant architecture that keeps production operating without errors.

Your Experience & Skills

Qualifications aka Knowledge/Experience

5+ years of experience in software architecture/development

3+ years as a team leader

Experience designing and architecting based cloud systems

Formal SDLC and Secure Software Development processes (OWASP, STRIDE)
