Overview:
The Development Project Coordinator- HNHF Realty Collaborative assists the development team in all steps of the development process and supports with housing projects. The Project Coordinator provides input and works on various tasks through post-construction.

Nationwide Children’s Hospital. A Place to Be Proud.
- Completes various property pre-development and development tasks, including tax abatement applications, property insurance requests, Land Bank applications, funding applications, and invoice processing.
- Attends weekly walk-throughs of ongoing construction projects. Ensures the upkeep of Healthy Homes' future development lots by monitoring maintenance and regular upkeep.
- Ensures completion of paperwork for contractor invoice payments, service agreements, and any other required documentation.
- Assists with post-construction activities such as utility management, key coordination, and communication with property management.
- Communicates with neighborhood residents to keep them informed of development activities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, public administration, real estate, urban planning, or a related field, preferred.
High School Diploma required.
Licensure: Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
Certifications: Notary Public or ability to become a Notary, required.

- Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and creativity.
Experience:
- One year of experience in housing development including direct or support roles in acquisitions, design, financial projections, property management, community engagement and lease-up or sales, required.
- Two years of professional experience in non-profit housing, real estate or construction management, preferred.
