SkyWater is searching for an entry level Development Engineer for our site in Bloomington.

Responsibilities:

• Development of test programs for data acquisition and analysis
• Data collection to asses reliability performance of CMOS integration
• First level data analysis and reporting
• Reliability test structures design, layout and characterization as required to support 90nm and below technologies

The job also requires performing other duties as assigned. Percentages of time spent on job duties are estimates and may vary for each position.

Required Qualifications:
Education: BS E.E. Physics or related field

Experience and Skills:

• Knowledge of basic CMOS device design and performance
• Knowledge of basic CMOS reliability physics
• Knowledge of basic interaction of radiation with matter
• Knowledge of fundamentals of statistics

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: MS/PhD preferred

• Coding with Python
• Data analysis with JMP, MiniTab, or R
• Familiarity with Spice or TCAD modeling
• Knowledge of DOE, SPC, and 6-sigma concepts and applications.
• Clear problem solving capability, data driven, inventive solution oriented and can articulate thought processes.
• Can work both independently and in cross-functional teams for problem solving.

US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.
