The Customer Solutions Enablement team plays a critical role in our Intelligent Edge mission by empowering ADI software engineers to efficiently develop, test, and deploy the highest-quality cloud native software to solve challenging problems for our customers.

  • Ensure DevOps tooling provides continuous integration and test capabilities, efficient and repeatable performance, and data integrity and security
  • Collaborate with ADI’s IT organization to ensure the highest standards of performance and security for our infrastructure and applications both inside and outside the ADI network
  • Work across business functions to evolve the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) workflow for our products
  • Design processes to improve our incident detection, notification, and response strategy
  • Monitor and aggregate logging for non-production and production product infrastructure
  • Co-ordinate billing and cost optimization processes
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to collaboratively produce solutions
  • Define and document playbooks for procedural interactions to be implemented by business teams, developers, and operations
Required skills and experience
  • BS / MS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps for embedded software or similar software engineering roles
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with automated build, test, and deployment applications (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab Runners, Jenkins, Artifactory, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of distributed version control systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
  • Strong understanding of software development workflow and code quality tools (e.g., Jira, Coverity, Black Duck)
  • Proficiency building, utilizing, and customizing open-source software development tools
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Shell)
  • Proficiency in Git and Git workflows
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and brings technical leadership
  • Passion for developing and evangelizing seamless developer experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting and demonstrating to technical audiences
