BestChoice is Henry Ford Health System’s internal staffing resource pool, designed to ensure there is sufficient staffing throughout our health system. BestChoice provides a proactive solution to unplanned or short-term staffing needs due to vacations, call-offs, leave of absences, increases in census or acuity. BestChoice employees are Henry Ford contingent staff and experience the same new employee screening, orientation, education, and competency standards alongside all HFHS team members.

We are currently looking for experienced Dialysis Techs - to work at the Dialysis Clinics. Minimum requirement is a two day commitment per week, when working at the clinics.

Long term and short term needs.

Certification / Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months of recent hemodialysis tech experience
• Degree from an Accredited Institution
• Current CHT or CCHT certification
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) (AHA Only)
