Experienced Mobile Diesel Technician

Our Diesel Technicians are the center of our shops. This is a skilled position where the Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing our customers Heavy Duty Trucks and Tractor Trailers. Our techs are hard at work diagnosing the problem, making the repairs and writing detailed work orders all to provide the customer with excellent quality service. This position can be challenging and sometimes unexpected, but also very rewarding. We at Deaton take pride in what we do and want to stand out above the rest. We do this to ensure that our customers are provided with quality service and products to keep them on the road instead of on the side of it.

Requirements:Skills Needed:
- 3+ years of verified experience as a Diesel Technician
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds
- Basic Computer Skills to submit repairs for billing
- Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks
- Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders
Nice to have:
- Experience with welding
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Class A CDL
