Pacifica Senior Living is looking for a Dietary Aide to join our team!

Pacifica Senior Living is a dynamic growing senior living company that provides elegant senior living throughout the United States. We are always seeking highly motivated, focused, and determined people to join our team! Our Senior Living options include: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.

A Dietary Aide, or Dietary Aid, is responsible for cooking meals for our residents. This role helps fulfill the resident’s specific dietary requirements to promote their health and wellbeing.

Duties:

• Preparing and cooking food dishes
• Delivering food to residents
• Properly cover and store or discard any leftover foods. When refrigerating, label, date and cover all food items.
• Store food in compliance with established dietary procedures.
• Follow Federal and State long term care regulations and Dietary Department policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must have completed at least two years of High School
• Previous food service experience preferably in a healthcare dietary setting
• General knowledge of quantity food preparation, portioning and services.
