You are a self-starting, high-performing digital content specialist, who will work in the digital content team to create a range of written content for our online product offering across the Smartbox Group range.
You have proven experience (2-3 years) in creating, localising and publishing SEO-friendly content in a variety of styles for multiple digital audiences.

You will work closely with our Content Managers, eCommerce team and Production Management team to co-ordinate and execute a dynamic content production plan for online and offline products.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create original content, and update and translate existing content to be used on Smartbox Group websites and other formats to meet wider business objectives.
- Responsible for creative writing and localisation in line with Smartbox Group brand and quality guidelines.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure prompt delivery of high quality digital content.
- Maintain and optimise products with recommendations in line with industry best practice.
Role Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills in German to a native standard.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of content creation and execution of content initiatives preferably in an online or eCommerce environment.
- Strong creative copywriting and localisation skills with superior attention to detail.
- Experience in delivering content in line with SEO objectives.
- At ease with Microsoft Suite and WordPress.
- Self-starter with strong communication.
- Customer-focused and proactive with a courteous and professional approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Professionally proficient in written and spoken English.
- Additional European language/s would be an advantage.
